Wellbeing Information & Advice
Useful Websites / Apps
There are some that can help with mental health and wellbeing. There are many apps out there. We've chosen some that are approved by the NHS and are free to use. Like most self-care ideas not all apps will work for all people so it worth trying a few to see what works for you.
Important Note Apps are only a resource to help you manage your wellbeing and mental health. They do not replace the help of professionals. If you need more help ask.
There is a lot of great information and advice out there BUT there is also some really unhelpful stuff too... stick with tried and trusted websites to find the stuff you need to support your wellbeing safely.
